Commencement of the government duties - 2025
The official event to commence the year's duties on the first office day of 2025, was held at the Divisional Secretariat premises under the leadership of Divisional Secretary Mrs. Rakulanayaki Sajindran on 1st January 2025.
The event was inaugurated by the Divisional Secretary with the hoisting of the national flag, followed by the playing of the national anthem. Furthermore, all the Divisional Secretariat officers also took the Public Service Oath. Assistant Divisional Secretary Mr. P. Pranavarupan, Deputy Planning Director Mrs. T. Kirubairaja, Accountant Mr. K. Rizvi Yahsar, Administrative Officer Mr. O. K. Keerthi Kusuminda, Samurthi Headquarters Manager Mr. S. Sivam, Additional District Registrar Mr. P. Nithyanandan and other field and office officials participated in this event.
