Inauguration of the “Integrity Culture - Clean Sri Lanka” National Program at Navithanveli Divisional Secretariat
The inaugural event to implement the “Integrity Culture - Clean Sri Lanka” national program for an honest public service took place at the Navithanveli Divisional Secretariat on July 27, 2026, under the leadership of the Divisional Secretary Mrs. Rahulanayahi Sajindran.
During this event, the national flag was hoisted and the national anthem was played. Following this, the Divisional Secretariat officers took the oath of integrity, and the Divisional Secretary delivered a special address themed “Law-abiding and Honest Public Service”.
Navithanveli Divisional Secretariat's Assistant Divisional Secretary Mrs. C. Nirupa, Accountant K. Rizvi Yahsar, Deputy Director of Planning Mrs. Thilaharani Kirubairaja, Administrative Officer O. G. K. Kusuminda, Samurdhi Headquarters Manager Mr. S. Sivam, along with all the officers of the Divisional Secretariat, participated in this event.
