Certifying event for officers who have completed second language learning - 2023
A certificate awarding ceremony for those who completed the second language (Sinhala) 150-hour course conducted by the Department of Official Languages was held at the Navithanveli Cultural Center. In this, the officers who completed the course on duty in divisional secretariats, schools and government institutions received certificates.
The event was presided over by Mr. A. H. Nashik, the course coordinator, and Mr. S. Ranganathan, Assistant Divisional Secretary, Navithanveli, Mr. P. Pranavaruban, Assistant Divisional Secretary, were the chief guests, along with Mr. Rizvi Yasar, Accountant, Navidhanvelli Divisional Secretariat, Deputy Planning Director, Mrs. T. Krubairaja, Administrative Officer, Mr. K. Yogeswaran, Administrative Village Officer. Administrative Grama Niladhari Mr. Manoj Indrajith, Samurthi Head Quarter Manager Mr. S. Shivam and other officials also participated and presented certificates.
