Ms. E. Irakulanayake assumed her duties as Divisional Secretary of Navithanveli Divisional Secretariat on August 2nd.

Certifying event for officers who have completed second language learning - 2023

A certificate awarding ceremony for those who completed the second language (Sinhala) 150-hour course conducted by the Department of Official Languages was held at the Navithanveli Cultural Center. In this, the officers who completed the course on duty in divisional secretariats, schools and government institutions received certificates.

Honorary Farewell Event for Divisional Secretary – 2023

A special get-together had been arranged to say farewell to Mr. S. Ranganathan, who served as Divisional Secretary since 2017 and has given his excellent service to the public of the Navithanveli area. Since he has been transferred from our divisional secretariat with the effect of August 2, this gathering was arranged by the staff.

Annual Uganthai Murugan Temple Shramadana Event 2023

The Shramadana (gift of labour) work carried out by our Divisional Secretariat every year on the occasion of the annual festival of the Uganthai Murugan Temple was successfully carried out on the 27th of May this year.
