Compensation for victims of wild elephant attacks - 2024
the event of providing compensation payments for those affected by the effects of wild elephants in the areas under the Navithanveli Divisional Secretariat Division was held on July 16, 2024 presided by Navithanveli Divisional Secretary Mrs. Rahulanayahi Sajndran. Amparai District Secretary Mr. Chinthaka Abeywickrama participated and issued the payments.
Also at the event Accountant of Navithanveli Divisional Secretariat Mr. K. Rizvi Yahzar, Deputy Director of Planning Mrs. T. Kirubairaja, Administrative Officer Mr. O. G. K. Kusuminda participated and distributed the payments to the victims.
